The Impact of Point Loma Real Estate

Point Loma is a beach neighborhood in San Diego, California. The first Europeans discovered Point Loma September 28, 1542, when Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo arrived from Mexico and led an expedition to the West Coast, now known as part of the United States to explore. Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo impression was very pleased with the Bay of San Diego and he probably thought linked its lighthouse on the eastern shore of Point Loma at Ballast Point.

The layout of the Point Loma is very unique and contributes to why so many people are attracted by the Point Loma real estate market. Rosary is the largest and longest street that runs through the town of Point Loma, and is the main north-south avenue that serves all of Bayside Point Loma. Since both Point Loma and Ocean and a bay on this page are the items placed in a sort of grid. This will block most of seaside walkways bay. The grid already failed because both sides of downtown, the approach is very hilly.

There are many historic sites that also contribute to a Point Loma real estate the coveted California real estate market. The most famous attraction in all of Point Loma is the Old Point Loma Lighthouse. The step is also sometimes used for the entire city of San Diego. This icon is the most southerly to the entrance of the bay from Coronado made. The lighthouse is very small and has only two stories, but it is high in history. It was completed in 1854 and was the first time November 15, lit 1855th Today, the beautiful and historic lighthouse is partially open to the public since 1880 and has renovated its historic interior.

Taking a trip through this magnificent city on the sea, it is easy to see why people flock to Point Loma real estate market. This city was founded and built on ancient history and continue to welcome new neighbors for years to come.
