The Property Tax Appeal System and Its Built-in Flaws

I know it’s hard to believe that an error in the system state, there is a contradiction in what they like “giant shrimp appeal” or a “perfect state.” In fact, most government bureaucracies are too many or too few workers and an integrated system of growing, more money and not lose “weight” fast enough to reduce the budget!

The tax system, by nature, errors in the way properties are a one-to-five-year reassessment or re-evaluated not only by way of appeal, which normally are not actively seeking a building. For example, a small fire in a building is uninhabitable, then the structure can be seen from the outside to make intact. Recently I visited a building, and it has been for five years due to UN-uninhabited repaired roof leak. The road was in perfect condition, but the building was “eaten” by termites, covered with mold and mildew and rot was everywhere. The owner had to pay taxes on the full tax assessed value for five years and could not understand why their taxes have increased every year, but it is virtually uninhabitable!
